Tender Invitation
“Urganch yog-moy” Joint-stock company announces tender for evaluating company’s compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance, approved on December 31, 2015 by the Commission for Enhancement of Efficiency of the Joint-Stock Companies’ Activity and Improvement of the Corporate Governance. Evaluation is to be done by the end of the year and each quarter.
Terms
- To participate in tender, candidates must apply the following documents and information:
- Application;
- Certificate for Public register of legal entity and the License;
- Offered terms of the contract (evaluating duration, prices and etc)

Tender procedure
Commercial proposals are accepted until November 5, 2016. Participant, who propose the most favorable terms, will be considered a winner.
The results of tender will be announced until November 10, 2016.
