“Urganch yog-moy” Joint-stock company announces tender for evaluating company’s compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance, approved on December 31, 2015 by the Commission for Enhancement of Efficiency of the Joint-Stock Companies’ Activity and Improvement of the Corporate Governance. Evaluation is to be done by the end of the year and each quarter.

Terms

1. To participate in tender, candidates must apply the following documents and information:

• Application;
• Certificate for Public register of legal entity and the License;
• Offered terms of the contract (evaluating duration, prices and etc)

Tender procedure

Commercial proposals are accepted until November 5, 2016. Participant, who propose the most favorable terms, will be considered a winner.

The results of tender will be announced until November 10, 2016.
