Сivilian application procedures
- Civilian applications are verbally or in writing. Civilian applications as verbally or in writing are the same legitimacy;
- Civilian applications may be given individually or in group;
- Civilian applications may be statements, proposals or complaints;
- Civilian application is a citizen’s request of the assistance to exercise the constitutional powers, freedoms and interests;
- Proposal is a citizen’s suggestion to improve the public and social life;
- Complaint is a citizen’s request of the restoration of the constitutional powers, freedoms and interests;
- Republic of Uzbekistan’s citizens may submit to the public institutions the civilian applications, proposals and complaints;
- Civilian applications do not trespass the constitutional powers, freedoms and interests of other persons, society and State;
- Foreign citizens and other non-residents may submit to the Republic of Uzbekistan’s institutions the civilian applications, proposals and complaints in accordance with this Act;
- This Act regulates the civilian applications submitted to the community and same local authorities;
- Unless Law mentions otherwise the civilian applications are considered in accordance with this Act.
